Sweet Apple Acres. It's essentially her family's farm and orchard, taking up a large piece of land near the boarders of Ponyville. It also carries a small corn field, and a few barns for the non-sentient animals. And in one of the trees, there's a treehouse used by her little sister.

Name: Applejack
From: My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic
Appearance:
Age: Anywhere from her late teens to early twenties.
Gender: Female
Personality: Honesty is the best policy as far as she's concerned. Applejack has practically been raised with a hardworking mentality, keeping a level head, and being dependable whenever she can, all of which are necessary traits when working on a farm. She also can't stand lying or cheating, in fact those are some of the worst things you could for her, perhaps as a result of this she's a terrible liar, unable to keep a straight face for even the most simplest of white lies.
She can let her pride get the better of her from time to time though. Even though she has nothing against help from others she prefers to get things done on her own, which can sometimes lead to her downfall, not helped by the fact she can sometimes be a stubborn as a mule.
Her patience varies from person to person, for someone like Pinkie Pie, AJ has just grown to accept her general bounciness over the years, but for someone like Rainbow Dash it's considerably a lot more thin, and whatever sass she gets she will be more than happy to return.
Par the course with being a farmer, she also has no issues about getting her hooves dirty whenever necessary, and often makes a conscious effort to stay away from anything 'girly' or 'fru fru', not that she sees anything wrong with it, it's just not her thing.
Backstory: Applejack has pretty much been a part of the farm her entire life, her parents were almost never around due to being traveling salesponies, so most of her time was spent with her older brother and grandmother. Around the tender age of 8 (maybe?) she decided she didn't want to live on a farm for the rest of her life, and decided to live in the city with her Aunt and Uncle Orange.
She tried her best to fit with the city class, but something didn't quite feel right, something was missing. One evening she felt lonesome and wanted to return to the farm. She wanted to return to the home and family she had left behind, but she didn't know how...that was until a rainbow appeared in the sky and made a path for her to follow. She didn't know where, or how that rainbow came to be, but it didn't matter, it lead her back to the farm. There she knew it was her place to stay, and her home to live. Years later, her parents returned, and another sibling was born; her little sister Applebloom. This was the first time in years Applejack had seen them again, unfortunately her parents couldn't stay with their children, and had to move out again, but her father left a gift; his hat. He ask her if she could take care of the farm and her little sister, with a open heart she promised.
As the years went by she made good with that promise, with the help of her family. Making a name for herself in Ponyville, her family's Apples, Cider, and apple accessories and jams, would soon become one greatest source on income for Ponyville, and unknown to her she would soon make the best friends she ever had in her life. She would eventually meet Twilight, and despite her talk of "evil gods" and "mystical elements of harmony" she trusted Twilight and what she had to say, and that trust would lead them to save their world, and their town on multiple occasions. And would even become friends with ponies, that she wouldn't have considered talking to. To think she once wanted to get away from the farm she grew up on, now she wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.
Moral Standing: Lawful Good
Dreams: Applejack doesn't really think that far ahead, mostly she focuses on what effects her immediately. Mostly her only goal is to make her family and friends happy and healthy, and make sure they stay that way.
Fears: Failure. If there's anything she fears, it's the fear of failing whoever is closest to her.
Extra: She speaks in a southern accent. I'll try and not to make it too thick.

It was a long day for Applejack. Bucking season has arrived once more, and like always it's up to her and her brother to get them ready for harvest and sale. For what time she wasn't knocking apples from the trees, and pushing barrels around, she was making plans for getting the tees she missed for the next day.
Luckily it wasn't like last year, after nearly working herself to death. She learned to swallow her pride when things are too much for her to handle, a lesson that has followed her since. And it was all thanks to her best friends, Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, and surprisingly even Rarity. If it weren't for them, there would be no telling how hard she would have worked herself.
Reminiscing of that event, Applejack looked at the work she had done. Staring down at the bare trees and barrels full of fruit, a pinch of pride struck her but in addition a pinch of humility too. It wasn't a lone effort that made this, it was her and her older brother, just like last year it was her and friends. She had always been told, one pony can't make it their, only now does she truly understand what means.
"Welp, time to 'rustle up some grub and hit the hay. Mornin' comes early and me and Big Macintosh are gonna need our full strength to get the rest of those apples." Tired Applejack let out a loud yawn, and decided to head back to the farm house, moving to get ready for the next day of work ahead of her.
